My client one of the largest Hospitality and Leisure companies in the UK based in Central London, seek an IT support Analyst for 1st and 2nd Line. Working in a dynamic and close team, you will be responsible for supporting the Desktop and network systems in the office and providing remote support for all offices in an extremely hard working environment. In order to apply for this position YOU MUST HAVE at least two year relevant experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of Intel hardware and Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Applications software, Ethernet networks and experience implementing and supporting Local Area Networks, technical competence in Micros Fidelio?s Opera and Property Management Systems (PMS), Royal Blue Helpdesk software and experience in a Service Desk support environment This is an excellent opportunity with a high profile organisation, where excellent career opportunities exist. Superb candidates can expect to receive a basic salary of £18 to 25,000 + a competitive benefits package.
